I am very disappointed when i called my local store, telling me that they sell them for 40$+, Isn’t that more expensive than getting it shipped?

WZ // We are sorry to hear that you’re disappointed. As you can imagine, we do not dictate the offers made by 3rd party retailers that carry our products. Once they receive their merchandise, they are basically free to do as they wish. That said, it is a bit surprising to see the stones sold at over $40 - have you checked other stores on the list? I know that most of them are pricing the Whisky Stones quite competitively. Again, we are sorry for any disappointment and look forward to working hard to make things continually better for our customers. Kind regards // Andrew

I live in Vancouver and the stores you’ve listed for my area are not yet open for business and/or completely wiped of their Whisky Stones stock and have confirmed no additional incoming stock before Christmas. How do I get an order in in time for Christmas?
